What You'll Do Build meaningful relationships with members and help them find lending solutions that fit their financial needs. Evaluate loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and make sound lending recommendations. Develop new business through referrals, networking, and proactive relationship building. Deliver an exceptional member experience through responsive, personalized service. Partner with team members to identify opportunities to deepen member relationships and grow the credit union. Take ownership of results, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute ideas that move the organization forward.
