This role supports both administrative and customer service functions related to escrow closings. Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to clients and partners Order surveys and payoffs Input contract data and other relevant information into the system Send out initial paperwork to buyers and sellers Support escrow team with administrative tasks Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and excellent verbal and written communication Comfortable working with a wide variety of personalities Dependable, detail-oriented, and respectful Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise integrity at all times Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email programs, and internet browsers Experience with RamQuest software is helpful Telephone skills, including a pleasant phone voice and proper etiquette High school diploma or equivalent required Authorized to work in the

United States Preferred Experience:

1+ year of escrow experience in a high-volume environment Strong understanding of industry practices and procedures

Physical Requirements:
