At least 2 years of customer service or a managerial level position is highly preferred Experience in the Installment loan industry is preferred Bilingual in Spanish/English is highly encouraged Willingness to undergo a background check Prior experience in customer service, banking or retail will be considered Comfortable with telephone loan management Ability to be coached, eager to learn Strong communication skills Must have an outgoing personality Must have reliable transportation Responsibilities for the
