full-time Insight Global is looking for an indirect lending processor. This role is essentially the person who makes sure car loans get completed correctly and funded quickly after a customer buys a vehicle through a dealership. They act as the bridge between the dealership and Virginia Credit Union. What they do day-to-day Review loan paperwork sent by car dealerships. Make sure all required documents are present and accurate. Verify that any conditions required for loan approval have been met. Communicate with dealerships about loan decisions, missing paperwork, and next steps. Process and fund (disburse) loans once everything is approved. Follow up on delayed funding issues. Help members understand financing options and answer questions. What success looks like Someone in this role is successful if they: Process loans accurately and quickly. Keep dealers happy by being responsive and easy to work with. Catch documentation errors before loans are funded. Stay organized while handling a high volume of loans. Meet deadlines and funding timelines Type of person who would be a good fit Detail-oriented and organized. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Good at multitasking.
