You'll own the loan file from submission to funding — coordinating borrowers, brokers, underwriting, title, escrow, and insurance so every loan stays complete, compliant, and on schedule to close.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Collect, review, and organize borrower and property documents
• Order and track title, appraisal, insurance, and payoffs
• Clear conditions quickly and keep the pipeline moving daily
• Prepare files for underwriting and final closing/funding
• Communicate proactively with borrowers, brokers, and the internal team
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready files in the loan system

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2+ years of mortgage processing experience (hard money / private lending preferred)
• Strong knowledge of loan docs, title, escrow, and closing timelines
• Obsessive attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline under tight deadlines
• Clear, professional communication — written and verbal
• Proficiency with loan origination systems, email, and document management
