About the Role We're looking for a licensed Loan Processor to join our Pasadena team full-time. In this role, you'll manage mortgage/real estate loan files from application through closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth experience for borrowers. Responsibilities Review and process mortgage/real estate loan applications for completeness and accuracy Order and review required documentation (credit reports, appraisals, title, income/asset verification, etc.) Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and third parties to gather missing information Ensure loan files comply with investor, agency, and regulatory guidelines Prepare and submit loan packages to underwriting Track loan status and proactively resolve conditions to keep files moving toward closing Maintain organized, accurate records throughout the loan lifecycle Requirements Active loan processor / NMLS license required (state and/or federal, as applicable) Prior experience processing mortgage or real estate loans Strong knowledge of loan documentation and underwriting guidelines Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with loan origination software (LOS) Ability to work in-office in
