Work closely with a group of Loan Processors to get loans through swiftly by assisting with third party vendor requests, verifying disclosure compliance, and performing other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Review mortgage applications and all supporting documentation to ensure information is complete; all signatures are obtained and collect missing information needed from members for the application. Set up loan files with initial documents before giving the file to a loan processor for further evaluation Perform third party vendor requests, including but not limited to, requesting IRS transcripts, credit supplements, written verifications of employment, flood certifications, title work requests, and ordering property appraisals Generate and send out disclosures (Loan Estimates) Respond to Loan Processor, Loan Officers, Member requests and assist with Processing tasks EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and
QUALIFICATIONS

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions High school diploma or its equivalent is required. 12 months of mortgage processing experience or equivalent mortgage-related training, education, or demonstrated knowledge. Exceptional customer service skills are required. Basic computer skills using Windows-based software, as well as basic Internet skills, are required.
