First Source Title is looking for a Client Support Manager to lead the client service and closing support team behind our files. If you know Florida title work and you're ready to move from clearing files to leading the people who clear them, this is that step up. Why this role Base salary of $60,000
• 80,000 based on title experience, a 401(k) with a 5% match, medical/dental/vision coverage, PTO plus company holidays. What you'll own You'll hire, train, and lead our on-site and remote support reps and closing assistants. You'll be the escalation point when a file is at risk
• order entry, curative issues, processing delays, urgent buyer and seller questions.

You'll keep our top-producing brokerages and lending partners confident in us, and you'll ensure everything we do meets standards and underwriter protocols. What we're looking for Three to five years in closing, title processing, or mortgage client service. Hands-on experience with title software such as ResWare.
