About us Welcome to Time to Close Title, LLC Our goal is to Hire an experienced Florida real estate title processor with 2+ years of experience in the industry. The ideal candidate must be able to process a file from start to finish with little to no supervision. Ideal Candidates for this role should have the following experience: Title processing, complying with title requirements, and clearing title exceptions. An understanding of lenders title requests and documents. Maintain strong business relationships while interacting with realtors, lenders, buyers, sellers, etc. Comprehensive understanding of payoffs, HOA's, surveys, etc. Possess the skill set to manage multiple priorities and must have excellent computer skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, to professionally communicate with all parties of a transaction. Ability to process a file from contract to close. Assist closing staff with various duties as needed.
