Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Consumer and Real Estate Loan Processor and will include minor teller transactions for our Blackfoot Branch.

Description of duties/experience needed:

Detail-oriented with experience handling both real estate mortgage and consumer loan applications from origination through closing. Skilled in reviewing loan documentation, verifying income, assets, credit, and employment, ensuring compliance with lending regulations and company policies. Experienced in coordinating with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and other third parties to facilitate timely loan approvals and closings. Strong ability to manage multiple files simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, meeting deadlines, and providing excellent customer service.

Pay:

$22.00 - $26.81 per hour
