Monitors and tracks insurance coverage, as well as works closely with third party vendor to ensure all required loans maintain sufficient hazard and/or flood insurance. Works closely with the sales staff to document all business banking loan closings per the bank's policies and procedures and federal regulations. Prepares commercial loan documents. Performs due diligence as required on specified loans. Verifies the accuracy and completeness of all loan documentation necessary for loan closings. Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position. Understands all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements. Prior commercial or consumer loan experience preferred. Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and courtesy. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Maintain good records and file management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and frequent interruptions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit, stand, and walk; use hands and fingers to operate keyboard and other office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop or kneel. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
