This position will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the residential mortgage processing functions.

Responsibilities may include:

working directly with customers to obtain required information and documentation in the mortgage application process; creating, coordinating and maintaining loan records and files while ensuring compliance with Bank policies and procedures.

This position requires:

proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills and proficient reading, writing, and mathematics skills Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year customer service experience. This person will also exhibit strong communication and organizational skills as well as proficiency in all Microsoft Office functions.
