Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to handle loan files from initial setup through closing. This position begins on a per-file compensation structure , with the potential to transition into a full-time salaried role based on volume, performance, and operational fit.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of mortgage loan processing experience, specifically working within a mortgage broker environment .

Loan Expertise:

In-depth working knowledge of Conventional and FHA loan guidelines.

Technical Skills:
