Responsible for preparing and managing commercial loan documentation processes. Coordinate with vendors such as appraisers, title companies, and flood certification providers. Maintain communication with internal teams and ensure timely, accurate documentation delivery. Verify compliance with credit approval, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements. Commercial Loan Specialist:

High school diploma or GED. 3 years of experience in commercial lending including loan processing, documentation, and funding. Knowledge of compliance requirements related to commercial lending, including lien perfection and collateral verification. Experience with third-party vendors such as appraisers, title companies, and flood certification providers. Strong understanding of commercial loan structures and funding protocols.
