The ideal candidate for the Loan Specialist position will have the skills and experience necessary to:
  • Process construction loan endorsements.
  • Prepare payoff quotes and assist with loan payoffs.
  • Review and prepare loan files for modification.
  • Assist with modification funding.
  • Provide support for insurance monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records.
  • Provide cross-functional coverage as business needs require.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing workloads.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Banking, lending, loan servicing, or construction lending experience preferred.
