Position Summary Intercap Lending is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Appraisal Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the appraisal process for all mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in the mortgage industry, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities

• Coordinate the appraisal process for all mortgage loans, including ordering appraisals, tracking appraisal status, and managing vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards related to the appraisal process
• Communicate with borrowers, lenders, appraisers, and other parties involved in the appraisal process to ensure timely and accurate completion of appraisals
• Review appraisal reports for completeness and accuracy, and resolve any issues or discrepancies as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the appraisal process
• Provide support to underwriters and loan officers as needed
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes related to the appraisal process, and make recommendations for process improvements as needed Education and Experience
• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, with experience in appraisal coordination preferred Skills and Competencies
• Strong understanding of appraisal processes and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
