Your Day-to-Day Superpowers) Review closing packages and title documents to make sure everything's spot-on Prepare and record documents with local clerk's offices Disburse funds and issue client refunds Sort and send finalized loan packages back to lenders Keep clients and team members in the loop on post-closing updates Record Certificates of Satisfaction What We're Looking For A friendly, can-do attitude and solid communication skills Strong organization and time management—you know how to get things done Dependability (we need someone we can count on!)
