• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dynamic part time Night Audit Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service in a hotel setting.

• Responsibilities:

• Hours 11pm-7am part time
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Driving guests to airport or ferry
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
• Manage reservations and ensure accurate guest information
• Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and processing payments
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
• Being on time and reliable for the job
• Helping with side tasks.
• Laundry assistance if needed.

• Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various guest situations
• Proficiency in phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
• Familiarity with night audit procedures are preferred but not required
• Valid Driver's license( Required)
• Must be reliable to commute and show up
