Job Description
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic part time Night Audit Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service in a hotel setting.
Responsibilities:
- Hours 11pm-7am part time
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Driving guests to airport or ferry
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate guest information
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and processing payments
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Being on time and reliable for the job
- Helping with side tasks.
- Laundry assistance if needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various guest situations
- Proficiency in phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
- Familiarity with night audit procedures are preferred but not required
- Valid Driver's license( Required)
- Must be reliable to commute and show up
