Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to oversee our overnight front desk operations and financial accounting. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing welcoming service to late-arriving and early-departing guests, handling overnight inquiries, and conducting end-of-day financial auditing and reporting. Responsibilities Perform end-of-day auditing procedures, balance daily financial records, and generate daily revenue and room reports. Process late night check-ins, early morning check-outs, and handle overnight reservation inquiries or adjustments. Answer incoming calls and address guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain security and safety throughout the property during night hours, monitoring lobby and public areas. Coordinate with housekeeping and morning staff to ensure seamless shift handoffs and communicate guest room statuses. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and settle daily folios accurately in the property management system. Prepare basic breakfast setup and lobby coffee station as needed for early morning guests. Skills Previous front desk, hospitality, or night audit experience preferred, but not required—we will train the right candidate. Basic computer literacy and ability to learn property management software. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight shifts. Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail. Flexibility to work overnight hours, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
