Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where you will be the vigilant guardian of overnight operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of hotel management. This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality expertise, manage front desk functions during the night shift, and uphold exceptional guest services. Your proactive approach will contribute to the safety, security, and satisfaction of our guests while supporting smooth hotel operations through detailed auditing and administrative tasks. Responsibilities Oversee nightly front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm Conduct thorough night audit procedures using hotel management systems such as OPERA to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy Maintain a secure environment by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols, and adhering to hotel emergency procedures Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette to handle reservations, inquiries, and internal communications Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure accurate record-keeping for management review Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and maintain hotel standards Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, preferably in a night audit or front desk role Strong knowledge of hotel management software such as PEP or similar systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices Exceptional phone etiquette skills and experience managing multi-line phone systems Previous resort or hotel experience is highly desirable for this energetic role Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert during overnight shifts; attention to detail is essential Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality talents shine!
