Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Guest Services Greet guests and handle check-ins and check-outs professionally. Process reservations, payments, and guest requests. Answer incoming calls and assist with guest inquiries. Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously. Verify guest identification and payment information. Promote available room upgrades when appropriate. Night Audit & Administrative Duties Complete daily night audit procedures using Choice Advantage PMS. Verify transactions, reconcile payments, and prepare daily reports. Complete the overnight shift checklist accurately. Maintain accurate guest records and shift documentation. Ensure a smooth transition to the morning front desk staff. Breakfast Preparation & Light Laundry Assist with preparing and setting up the complimentary breakfast area before morning service. Stock breakfast supplies, beverages, and other breakfast items. Ensure the breakfast area is clean, organized, and ready for guests. Fold clean laundry, primarily towels, during slower periods of the overnight shift. Assist with other light housekeeping and organizational tasks as needed.
