In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift at the front desk, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensure all financial and administrative tasks are accurately completed. Your proactive approach will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of guest service, safety, and property management during nighttime hours. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with late check-ins using hospitality reservation systems such as FOSSE Manage guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems, providing exceptional customer service with professionalism and courtesy Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, payments, and account adjustments while preparing detailed reports for management Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance and perform routine property inspections to uphold safety protocols and hotel emergency procedures Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and communicate effectively with clients to enhance guest relations and satisfaction Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, incident reports, and shift logs in compliance with hotel policies Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure smooth transition between shifts and uphold high standards of phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably including night audit responsibilities Familiarity with hotel management software such as FOSSE or other property management systems (PMS) Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs efficiently and professionally Sound judgement. Making wise, well-reasoned decisions based on practical insight.
