We are looking for a full time candidate and one part time. The hours are from 11pm to 7am. Weekends are a must. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. This position requires a blend of hospitality management skills, strong customer service abilities, and proficiency in night audit processes. The Night Auditor will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and performing nightly financial reconciliations. Duties Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reports. Provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in and check-out processes. Manage front desk operations, including handling reservations and inquiries via multi-line phone systems. Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and assist with billing inquiries. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services and operations. Uphold high standards of hospitality by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills. Ensure the security of the hotel premises during night hours. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or a related field is preferred. Strong background in hospitality management with an emphasis on guest services. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests. Familiarity with night audit procedures and front desk operations is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with resort environments is a plus, enhancing the overall guest experience.
