Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with late check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries, ensuring a warm and professional experience. Manage the night audit process by reconciling daily financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, reservations, and billing details while ensuring compliance with hotel policies. Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Monitor security cameras, conduct safety inspections, and follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest and staff safety throughout the night. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to facilitate smooth handovers to morning staff. Handle phone communication with professionalism, utilizing proper phone etiquette to assist callers with reservations or inquiries. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS), particularly OPERA or similar platforms. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and guest relations. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest services protocols, and property management systems (PMS). Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for client interaction across various channels.
