Our team strives to ensure all guests have exceptional stays. Shifts are primarily 2 or 3 days including Friday and Saturday. Opportunity for additional morning or afternoon shifts. Job Description Strong customer service and guest relations skills Warmly greet every guest when they enter the lobby Process guest check-ins and check-outs Secure payment, verifying and adjusting billing as needed Provide guests with room and hotel information, directions, amenities and local interests Run daily reports. Complete cashier and closing reports. Communicated to the next shift's staff and leave detailed notes in the computer and daily forms. Setup limited breakfast items for early departures ahead of Breakfast staff. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
