The following position is open for front Desk Clerk for night auditor 11pm- 7am for weekends and holidays required. The candidates should have key requirements. candidate should have strong references. successful history of working as hotel front desk or customer related experience. Must have open and flexible schedule- be able to work weekends, holidays, evenings and nights shifts as well. Task driven individuals, fast learner. Greet guests in a friendly manner and be able to work in a fast paced environment & ability to multi task. Register guests and process guest and guide them to their assigned room and accommodate guest request. Communication with hotel staff on status of guest rooms Candidate must be able to handle cash payments Maintain neat and clean front desk area. Handle guest check in and check out properly. Manage accurate accounting of all room Very good communication skills with the ability to handle complaints professionally; Must have computer skills and be able to operate hotel computer system, take calls, provide information and Transfer calls. Strictly adhere to hotel policy
