Responsibilities:

• Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and reconciling daily financial transactions
• Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns
• Operate phone systems and respond to guest inquiries via phone or in person
• Assist with front desk duties as needed, including processing reservations and managing guest requests
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality preferred
• Familiarity with night audit processes and procedures is a plus
• Proficiency in operating phone systems and other office equipment
• Bilingual skills (multilingual) are highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of hospitality management or hotel operations is a bonus
• Sunday-Wednesday Nights 9pm-7am
• Thursday-Saturday Nights 9pm-7am
