Hampton Inn by Hilton Okeechobee is hiring for front desk. No experience is necessary. It is important that the individual possesses a strong outgoing personality. The successful candidate should be able to work well with others, while demonstrating an ability to work unsupervised. Strong communication skills written and verbal are essential. Job duties include greeting and checking in guests, booking reservations, answering incoming calls and following hotel standards. Having knowledge of our community and restaurants are a plus. Must be able to work 4 to 5 shifts per week. The hours are 3-11pm a few nights a week and then 2 overnight shifts, 11pm to 7am. You must have an open availability to work nights and weekends. Hourly pay plus commissions, and tips. Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits after 90 days. There is a team member program that offers employee and friends/family discounts at all Hilton properties.
