Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part Time Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations at our hotel. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving after hours, managing front desk duties with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your expertise in hospitality management, guest services, and property management systems will help deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining the safety and security of the property. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests arriving during nighttime hours with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using the StayPms hospitality reservation system Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations while balancing financial transactions. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone or in person, providing exceptional customer service and problem-solving solutions. Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and client communication, fostering guest relations that reflect our commitment to hospitality excellence. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and tact. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations. Excellent communication skills via phone and in person, demonstrating attentive listening and effective problem-solving abilities. Previous resort experience or working within a hospitality environment that emphasizes guest satisfaction is preferred. Pay:
$15.00 - $16.50 per hour Expected hours: No more than 24.0 per week
