The Night Auditor position verifies and balances entries and records of financial transactions reported by various hotel departments during the day. Duties (will include but not limited to): Ensure all aspects of hotel accounting for all areas of hotel operations are processed correctly and accurately recorded, protecting the Resort against liability and fraud. Audit, balance, post and produce reports for all revenue making departments. Identify the causes of out-of-balance situations in a timely manner and rectify them. Be able to interact with guests?: check-in, check-out, solve issues/complaints. Answer guests? questions regarding hotel services and amenities.

Qualifications:

Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Prior cash handling experience necessary. High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent is required. An Accounting background is preferred Ability to communicate effectively with the Guests and Team Members. Read, write and speak English fluently. Strong computer and telephone skills.
