Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. This energetic position involves managing front desk activities during the night shift, performing detailed financial audits, and providing top-tier customer service to our guests. Your expertise in hospitality management, multilingual communication skills, and proficiency with property management systems will help uphold our high standards of guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Duties Oversee overnight front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism Conduct detailed night audits using property management systems (PMS) such as FOSSE to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies with promptness and a customer-centric approach Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and responding to any incidents following hotel emergency procedures Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries efficiently while providing clear information about hotel services and amenities Prepare shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation records and coordinating with housekeeping or maintenance teams as needed Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially FOSSE or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively and professionally Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and phone etiquette in a hospitality setting Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining hospitality standards Previous night audit experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Join us in delivering memorable guest experiences through energetic service and meticulous attention to detail. Pay:
$11.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 40.0 per week
