Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly through excellent customer service problem-solving skills Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, performing visual inspections of the property, and managing access control procedures Respond to emergency situations following hotel emergency procedures with calmness and clarity Manage multi-line phone systems, answer guest calls professionally, and coordinate requests or concerns efficiently Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PMS), especially Choice Advantage, HotelKey, Opera, or similar software Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and client communication Ability to handle multi-line phone systems and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest security at all times Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Previous night audit experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently during overnight hours Join us as a Night Auditor and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences around the clock!
