Check guests in and out of their rooms Answer any questions guests have Make recommendations for activities and restaurants Store any luggage guests have Answer the phone and direct the call Take reservations on the phone Arrange transportation for guests Maintain the record of guests that have checked in and out Qualifications for Front Desk Agent Experience with Choice Advantage High school diploma or GED equivalent Excellent customer service skills Amazing interpersonal abilities Top-of-the-line organizational skills Ability to handle multiple tasks at once Amazing time management skills A degree in hotel management is preferred Incredibly detail oriented Able to work nights and weekends Feel free to contact the property at (770)222-9161 once you have completed the application process if you have at least 1 year's experience as a hotel front desk at any Choice Hotels property
