We are seeking a friendly, motivated, mature, dependable and hardworking individual who is passionate about customer service and looking to grow their career in the hospitality industry. This is for two evenings and also to fill in for full time auditor when needed. Must be willing to work holidays and weekends when necessary. Full time auditor will be on vacation, would prefer to give those extra days as well.

The Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent will assist guests and balance accounts from the day shift. You will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Checking in guests and handling their overnight requests. Answer phones and make reservations. Post and reconciliation of guest accounts. Respond and resolve guest complaints and emergencies. Assist with folding laundry. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the front desk area. Set up breakfast for guests which takes approximately 30 minutes. Perform other duties as assigned by General Manager or Front Desk Manager. Skills Customer service experience. Excellent math skills. Professional attitude. Eye for detail. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
