• Candlewood Suites Atlanta-Smyrna Candlewood Suites Atlanta-Smyrna is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and guest-focused Night Auditor to join our team.

This position is responsible for providing front desk service during the overnight shift while also completing daily audit procedures and ensuring accurate hotel records. As a Night Auditor, you will be the main point of contact for guests during the overnight hours. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, comfortable working independently, and able to handle guest needs with patience and care.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Check guests in and out during the overnight shift Answer phone calls, assist with reservations, and respond to guest questions Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally Complete nightly audit procedures accurately and on time Balance guest accounts, payments, room charges, and daily transactions Review and verify reservations, room rates, postings, and billing details Prepare and distribute daily reports for management Communicate important information to the morning front desk team Monitor hotel activity and help maintain a safe and secure environment overnight Assist with guest needs, including stay extensions, key issues, billing questions, and general requests Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance when needed Keep the front desk and lobby area clean, organized, and welcoming Follow hotel policies and procedures regarding safety, security, cash handling, and guest privacy Support the overall hotel team as needed

Qualifications:

Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred Customer service experience required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic math and computer skills required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional, calm, and friendly attitude Strong communication and problem-solving skills Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable Must be able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed Experience with hotel property management systems is a plus
