In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact during nighttime hours, managing front desk activities, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries in a friendly, professional manner using multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette. Manage overnight front desk operations, including reservations, guest requests, and room assignments using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing, payments, and account adjustments while preparing detailed shift reports. Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance, perform routine safety checks, and follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest and staff safety. Respond promptly to guest concerns or issues with effective problem-solving skills, providing excellent customer service and guest relations at all times. Maintain confidentiality of guest information while delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight needs or issues that arise during your shift. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations; hotel experience preferred. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest services protocols. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance client communication and guest relations. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution. Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professional phone etiquette. Prior resort or hotel experience is a plus, especially in roles involving night audit or guest relations.
