Job Summary Hotel Renew is looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. This position is responsible for providing excellent guest service during overnight hours while ensuring daily financial transactions and reports are accurately completed. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working independently, is comfortable using various systems, and can create a welcoming experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries. Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing daily transactions and preparing reports. Operate the hotel's Property Management System (StayNTouch) to manage reservations, room assignments, and guest accounts. Handle guest requests, concerns, and emergencies professionally and efficiently. Answer incoming phone calls and assist with reservations. Process guest payments and maintain accurate financial records. Monitor hotel activity overnight and help maintain a safe and secure environment. Communicate important information to the morning Front Desk team and management. Assist with other Front Office duties as needed. Qualifications Previous hotel Front Desk or Night Audit experience preferred. Experience with hotel systems preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic computer skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and multitask. Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working overnight shifts. Pay:

From $27.85 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
