Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Operate phone systems to answer and transfer calls
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
• Complete end-of-day financial reports and balance accounts
• Ensure the security of guest information and maintain confidentiality

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in using computer systems and basic office software
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions

Note:

This position requires working night shifts, typically from late evening to early morning. Must be able to work weekends
