Duties:

• Perform night audit duties including reviewing and reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and updating financial records
• Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Assist with front desk operations as needed, including answering phone calls and making reservations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality management or a related field preferred
• Strong guest service skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with guests from diverse backgrounds
• Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel procedures
• Familiarity with phone systems and other relevant technology
• Attention to detail and ability to handle financial transactions accurately
• Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
