Job Description

Duties:
- Perform night audit duties including reviewing and reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and updating financial records
- Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with front desk operations as needed, including answering phone calls and making reservations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a related field preferred
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and other relevant technology
- Attention to detail and ability to handle financial transactions accurately
- Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
