Strong guest service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for effective communication with diverse guests. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage with guests professionally. Ability to work independently during night shifts and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
