Hotel Night Audit - Over Night Shift (11pm - 7am) Seeking a customer service oriented night owl to join our team. The Night Shift is from 11PM-7AM. Must be reliable, dependable and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. This position requires a strong knowledge of "Front Office" operations.

Responsibilities :

Must be able to prepare the daily audit and act as manager on duty. Perform Night audit process and procedures according to Brand Standards. Accurately process and perform accounting procedures. Welcome all guests in a friendly, prompt and a professional manner. Check-in guest, Check-out guest, Make Reservations, Balance Day End Totals, Find and Correct Errors Answer phones in a prompt and always in a courteous manner. Actively solve guest problems using an empathetic approach. Process all cash and credit card transactions in accordance with established hotel procedures. This includes but is not limited to posting all guest charges, completing cashier and other reports, preparing deposits and counting and securing the assigned bank. Book guest reservations/group reservations either by phone or in person. Process Cancellations, and provide updates and changes needed. Promote teamwork and quality of service through daily communications and coordination with all departments. Communication is key to this position. Perform other duties as needed including special guest requests and offer hotel and local area information to our guests. Prepare nightly coffee and AM Breakfast items. Position will be cross trained for laundry, lobby and Breakfast attendant duties for emergencies.

Experience/Requirements:

Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night shift

Customer Service Experience Hotel Night Audit:

1 Year Previous hotel experience a plus, but not necessary for the right candidate. Must be able to write, read and speak English fluently

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
