Job Description
The Night Auditor is responsible for providing excellent guest service throughout the overnight shift while managing front desk operations and reconciling daily financial transactions. This role ensures accurate accounting, a smooth overnight operation, and a positive guest experience. Key Responsibilities Check in guests, answer phone calls, and assist with reservations. Respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies in a professional and timely manner. Reconcile daily accounts and verify financial transactions. Balance the cash drawer and maintain accurate records of receipts. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in account balances. Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Expectations Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently during overnight hours. Availability to work overnight shifts.
