If this is you, apply today! We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at our hospitality establishment. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during overnight hours. This individual plays a crucial role in offering overnight security to the hotel. This position involves balancing financial transactions, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Duties Perform night audit procedures Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift. Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions. Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing information as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the hotel. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Requirements Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Familiarity with night audit processes is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
