Job Description

Hampton Inn Marquette Waterfront is looking to add amazing people to its award-winning team! If interested in joining, please stop by our hotel to fill out an application. Please include a work history or a resume. Our Guest Service / Front Desk Night Auditors represent the first point of contact with guests. They are responsible for providing a great guest experience for guests during the overnight hours (11pm-7am) and balancing financial reports from the previous day's activities. Previous desk & customer service experience are recommended but not required. We will train you with the tools needed to succeed. Problem solving skills are highly recommended. What do we offer? What will I be doing? Greet and register guests. Check guests out of the hotel. Resolve guest challenges throughout their stay in the hotel. Upgrade guests, and promote hotel services and amenities. Completes the registration process, code electronic keys, and make the appropriate selection of rooms based on guest needs. Promote and administer Hilton Marketing Programs for arriving guests. Ensure guests know the location of the room. Provide welcome packet containing room keys, tokens of our appreciation, gifts, etc. to guest. Ensure statements are correct upon guest check-out. Ensure reports are ran, correct and sent to the appropriate people. Other duties as assigned. What are we looking for?
