Job Description
We are looking for a Night Auditor to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phones, taking reservations, and providing information about the hotel and its services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SOME WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages. Answer questions and address complaints from guests. Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area. Check guests in and out of the hotel. Process payments and handle cash transactions. Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and services offered.Pay:
