What You'll Be Doing:

Seamless Overnight Operations

• Handle late check-ins, early morning check-outs, and any night-time guest inquiries with expert precision. Daily Report Champion
• Balance accounts, prepare daily financial summaries, and manage audit paperwork to set up our team for a smooth start each morning. Guest Services Guru
• Serve as the friendly face and problem-solver for any guest needs that arise overnight. Safety & Security Steward
• Monitor the hotel's security systems and conduct routine safety checks to ensure guests and staff have a restful, worry-free night.

Completing nightly operational checklists Laundry is an essential part of this position (up to 75% of the shift may involve laundry) Cleaning public spaces like lobby, public restrooms, fitness room and pool areas Set up breakfast for the morning team Ensure the hotel is clean, organized and ready for the next day's operations.

What We're Looking For:

Night shift availability and a flexible schedule Comfort with numbers and a knack for accuracy Previous hotel experience a plus (but not required!)
