Duties Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins and check-outs Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and assistance as needed Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV footage and conducting safety checks around the property Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review Assist with guest relations by addressing special requests and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Experience preferred, but willing to train Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a courteous manner Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with international guests Familiarity with front desk procedures, hotel management software, and night audit processes Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems Knowledge of hotel security procedures and guest relations best practices Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms guest stays into memorable experiences.
