This role ensures a positive guest experience while maintaining the service standards of Tru by Hilton , part of Hilton Worldwide Holdings . Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming hotel experience. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately. Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments. Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries about hotel services and local attractions. Address guest concerns or complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain accurate guest records and payment information. Process payments, including cash, credit cards, and other methods. Folding towels and stocking them in public areas. Set up breakfast buffet.
Cleaning:
Sanitizing, vacuuming, mopping, and taking out trash. Follow all company policies, procedures, and guest service standards. Qualifications Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel reservation systems is a plus. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Friendly, professional demeanor and problem-solving ability. Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 20-50 pounds occasionally. Ability to move around the front desk and lobby area as needed. Work Schedule Shifts may include weekends and holidays depending on hotel needs.
Regular Shift:
